Thanks for visiting our website. We are very proud of our 1/2 share interest in Brigantine Quarters Unit 248 in Shipyard Plantation. This is a beautifully updated and decorated 2 BR, 2 bath townhouse unit located right on the incredible Brigantine Golf Course 6th fairway. We are 2 blocks from the beautiful beach, and Brigantine Quarters has two private tennis / pickleball courts and two incredible new swimming pools (one heated). We are located in Shipyard Plantation, on the Atlantic side, mid-island. Shipyard Plantation is the most beautiful, gated plantation on Hilton Head Island. The condo is fully furnished with full-size washer and dryer, full gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and has a king-size master bed in the master suite. The condo sleeps six (queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom). Sorry - no pets allowed. There is a separate garden shower and tub in the master bath, all beautifully done up in ceramic tile, as well as a bath for the downstairs, also ceramic tile with granite countertops. We have a private deck overlooking the 6th fairway of the golf course. We have two amazing new swimming pools and two tennis / pickleball courts for the use of those who stay in Brigantine Quarters. There are gas grills on the property for your use. The landscaping in Brigantine Quarters is breathtaking. Within Shipyard Plantation, there are over 9 miles of paved bike paths! If you enjoy golf, tennis, swimming, biking, hiking, shopping, beach combing, or simply relaxing, then our condo is where you will want to spend your vacation! Hilton Head Island has some fantastic restaurants, and has wonderful sunsets, and wide and expansive hard-packed sand beaches that are excellent for bike riding, running or walking. We had a wonderful time. There were five of us, four adults and one teenager. There was plenty to do, both within the resort area and out in the community. Just a note to say "Thanks again" for a wonderful vacation at your condo on Hilton Head Island. This past trip on Christmas made our 6th year in a row and we enjoy it each and every time. The condo is beautiful and the weather is always pleasant. We rode bikes on the beach, played putt-putt, cooked on the gas grills in front of the condo and enjoyed all the other activities that are too numerous to list. We look forward to next year's vacation at your awesome condo.

You promised me an excellent vacation in your condo, but you didn't say it would be THAT excellent. How do you spell perfect? Quite simply, Bob and Cindy's condo! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, it was as comfortable as being at home - in fact, it WAS home. At the risk of having to book earlier in the future, I couldn't imagine a better way to have a great vacation than to be staying in Bob and Cindy's lovely Hilton Head condo.

We so enjoyed our stay back during the July 4th week. Your place is so beautiful, and the one thing that stood out to me was how clean it was. It is so rare to find units that are as sparkling clean as yours. The management company appears to go to great lengths to clean the units - very impressive how clean. You couldn’t ask form a more suitable location at the end of the street with no through traffic, very quiet and relaxing. We particularly loved the fishing in the lagoon next to the units. We constantly had a friend with us when we fished, a blue heron that we named Kevin after the bird in the movie 'UP'!! The location is so close to Coligny/North Forest Beach area through the one of the most convenient beach accesses at a place that I have ever stayed. It’s almost as though you walk through some portal, and boom, your right there a block from the beach on Lagoon Road/Ibis Street. Thanks again for allowing us to stay!

What a fun family vacation we had staying at Brigantine Quarters 248. Being in such close proximity to the beach and Coligny was very convenient. We rented bikes that had the kids tandem bikes attached and rode our bikes a lot. Kids loved it! The back gate of the property made it easy to get to the beach in about a five minute walk. The unit 248 was exceptionally clean and well maintained with everything we needed available. I would definitely recommend this unit!
